Overview

We are a small bed and breakfast with 4 elegant guest rooms. We offer our guests total privacy with private bathrooms. We generally don't book more than 2 couples at a time. We serve a full breakfast to order at a time chosen by our guests.

Location & Transportation

We are located on the edge of a residential area and downtown. Guests can walk to attractions downtown.
Directions	We are located 1 mile from present day Old Route 66 on state route 116. Our street is Route 116 (Howard St).
Transportation	Free pickup and return at train depot in Pontiac. Buses from O'Hare and Midway airports make 4 stops each way per day in Pontiac. We pick up guests at bus drop off at no charge. Amtrak also comes through Pontiac several times a day. We also pick up guests at the Amtrack station at no charge.
Airport	BMI-Bloomington,IL - 45 minutes

We are most famous for our delicious home cooked food made from scratch. We can accommodate any special diets. Guests choose their breakfast and their breakfast time. We offer our guests lots of free amenities.

	Rate details: Singles are $30 less than doubles
	Available Discounts: 10-25% (multiple night stays only)
	Deposit requested prior to arrival: After confirming your reservation, you will be contacted by Three Roses Bed and Breakfast.
	Taxes: 11.00% tax will be added to the quoted room rate at the time of payment.
	Additional charges: A charge may be incurred for extra persons in a room.
	Credit cards accepted on location: Visa MasterCard Discover PayPal
	Cancellation policy: (booking payments are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise) Because we are such a small business, cancellations affect us greatly. Deposits are refunded with at least one week notice less a $25 administrative fee and are forfeited with less than 1 week notice, unless we are able to rebook the room(s) that night, then the $25 fee applies. Rooms cannot be held without a deposit.
